i was lied too !!!!
i called in my order so i could check on how long it would take to recieve the generator. the lady said they had it in stock at amazon and it would be only a couple of days because i live in seattle. they just sent me a email today april 30, 2008 saying it will not be here till may 9, 2008. the power is going to be shut off by the power company for the next week , just what i told the amazon lady!!!! i could of called McCulloch in lake havasu city, az. and had it here in three days. and i would ...

McCulloch 11HP 5KW Generator FG5700AK
Very nice little unit, though used very little thus far. Now that I have a generator, we'll probably never have another power outage <grin>. This unit has plenty of power for emergency household use. It definitely sees a LOAD when my big deep-well water pump kicks on, but handles it just fine.
McCulloch Portable Generator
Nice portable generator for the money. Will carry the load and fairly quiet in operation. Main Capacitor went out after about 40 hours of operation however, when replaced, it ran very well.
