18 Aug 2008 Works great once installed If you're comfortable pulling the dash out of your car to attach this, then it's a great purchase. For the rest of us, make sure there's a place that will install this for you if you purchase it.. I found many places wouldn't install it unless I bought it there. I finally found a local audio store in my area that installed this and a car kit for my Inno-2 for $60. 21 Jul 2008 Easy installation The Audiovox Car XMFM1 FM Direct Adapter was a cinch to install and preforms in a class by itself. We just took our first trip to a large city with plenty of FM Radio Stations, which usually interferred with XM, and because of the Audiovox Car XMFM1 FM Direct Adapter I was ablel to enjoy XM without all the hassel of looking for an open channel. 01 Jul 2008 Defective merchandise Unfortunately the item was defective as received and the XM radio would not work. Luckily the folks at Best Buy (who were installing the XM radio) were nice enough to swap out the FM Direct Adapter without charging me. –Scott A. Sinclairfrom Amazon.com
