This DVD player was a VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! My experience with Coby was a very big disappointment. We purchased the Coby DVD - 719 Ultra on April 13th, 2008 and by May 16th, 2008 it was broken. The DVD player would power up but would not read the disk. It took four tries to contact customer service because I was disconnected for the first three tries. The first rep I spoke with was convinced that the DVD player was not working because it was dirty and that I needed to use a DVD cleaner to fix the issue, so I bought a DVD cleaner.
