Very disapointed
The first one that I ordered would not power up. Poor tech. support could not solve the problem. The item was returned for another one which would power up, but would not play any dvd that was put in. Again, poor tech support could not diagnose the problem. I returned the item to Amazon for a different brand. I would not waste your time looking at buying this product....

We needed to replace our old dvd player that broke. We took the new one to an installer they installed and it has worked great. We took a trip and never once had a problem with it.
