Does what it advertises
It is very nice to have more versatility when considering audio input. This gives you that plus a shoulder pad. I feel it's a tad short. At 6'4", it could just be me though. It also has the capability to attach a bracket to add more goodies to your rig. Overall, very useful and highly recommend....
