Excellent first HD flash camcorder
I almost bought this (or the newer HF20) until I saw this model at my local Costco for $[...]. I had been checking out Sony, Samsung and Canon and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive for this Canon HF10. I took it on a recent trip to Orlando and must say that it is easy to use and shoots nice video.
Great camcorder and you can get a great price if you shop around
I recently purchased this camcorder and have very few complaints. I'm not an over-the-top videophile but the picture quality looks great to me, it seems to have all of the features I wanted and it's fairly easy to use.
Don't believe the hype
Saving video files to your computer is joke with this camera. Enough said ... buy something else, it's a nightmare. File format not supported by a lot of video editing software and can't download footage from camera ...
