Beware! Faulty firmware, slow write speed.
Issue # 1:
233x is the READ speed, as opposed to write speeds. I contacted the manufacturer and the WRITE speed is only 16MB/sec. 133X cards have 20MB/sec speed. As you can see, this Ridata card is performing below 133X speed as write speed is concerned. See the issue 2 below.
Issue #2:
You need to send this card to the manufacturer AT YOUR OWN shipping cost to get the firmware upgraded to get the problem fixed as stated at manufacturer's website, ww w. ritekusa . co m:

You will lose your pictures!
I got attracted by the 'Lightning Series' tag, thinking [wrongly] that it will somehow help me reach the max rated speed that I need when shooting bursts. I get 6 frames per second all right, but after you leave the camera unused for some time, with this cf card in it,, camera or card reader cannot read any more some of the pictures youve taken. The rate of unreadable pics is about 1 in 10.
I dont know if there are natural bad sectors in this cf card. I reformatted, but still the same ra...
