The 10 MP Olympus Evolt E-420 accepts Four Thirds lenses. It uses CompactFlash Type I/II/Microdrive/xD Picture Card memory cards, and its Live MOS resolution is 3648 x 2736. The Olympus Evolt E-420 has a 2.7" LCD for viewing and taking photos, and you can manually adjust the shutter & aperture. My choice
I chose the E-420 over similar offerings from Canon and Nikon because this camera just felt better in my hands. Small, light weight, no big old grip on the right side of the camera. All these reasons are really personal preferences as you really have to get technical to see the differences in image quality; which there are. But if you are like me, shoot a lot of images, print a few 4 X 6s and fewer 8 X 10s, store your pictures on your computer and email pictures to family and friends now and th...

Great camera!
I also have an e-510 body, but have been exclusively been using the 420 since I got it. Really like the size, but still has all the great features. I got the 25mm pancake lens with it and will keep this combo in the bag along with the lenses I use with the e-510. Super fun little camera - the e420 became a keeper right off the bat!!
