The Pentax K10D has been a popular amateur Digital SLR since its 2006 debut when it presented serious competition to the Canon EOS 30D and Nikon D200. It features a 10.2 effective megapixel CCD, RAW and JPG image format, a 2.5 inch LCD monitor, along with a a PRIME (Pentax Real IMage Engine) image processor and a great weather resistant body at a very affordable price.
