Perfect Flash This flash simply confirms my decision to go with Pentax. Quality product at a great price. I'm so glad I don't own Nikon or Canon. This flash was over $100 less than the Nikon and works perfectly with my Pentix D*ist - I just "set it and forget it!" and the results are outstanding.

good starter flash The flash that came "on board" with my Pentax K100D was so brutal-everyone complained of the instant flash and seeing spots for so long after I'd use it. I had to do something. This flash reaches a much farther distance and responds in a much softer way. I've been very impressed. I'm a novice-so I'm sure there's functions on this flash that I haven't explored yet. As Advertised The AF 360 FGZ pretty much delivers as advertised.
Pros:
1. Good battery life
2. Seems to be well made
3. Easy to understand menus & buttons
4. Consistent exposure in Auto and Manual Modes
5. Excellent Value
6. Wireless works well
Cons:
1. Dial is tight and hard to use one handed
2. Bounce lock is also tight and requires two hands
