rip off I decided to believe the five-star reviewers. Maybe they got a different product. I ordered mine from one of the cheapest Amazon merchants. The paste I got with this (Allsop #25717) is so unabrasive that it apparently did nothing to my scratched disc. I think the above photo lists the contents correctly except that I got "2 repair cloth" (sic) instead of one with the .30 oz repair solution and one jewel case. That's all. CD Scratch Remover Every CD that I used it on, it didn't seem to help. They still wouldn't read on my cd player or computer. The little packets of cleaner were a pain. I got the stuff all over the place. They only give you two little

A testimonial of a successful repair I had to write, because just 5 minutes ago this saved my CD! (A somewhat hard-to-find one)

First the brief story: I was removing the CD from one of those 2-CD contraptions that don't quite work. Somehow, in the same motion as dislodging the CD, the case slipped from my hand, so the corner of the case punctured the disc pretty hard, somewhere at song #7. This was a deep-looking scrape, about an inch long too, and the disc could not play for at least a 20-second period.
