Works great - Excellent tech support
I bought two of these. Wanted to "drag and drop" My Documents or use "Send To" method to the flash drive. When I couldn't figure out how to send all of My Documents in one action I emailed Edge. They called me in less than an hour. Tech support was knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was extremely impressed!!
Weak physical design
I have purchased other flash drives, and know what drives will expect in their normal lifetime, about 18mo. The physical design is very weak. It is constructed of a cheap plastic that is easily crushed, the clip on the cap is held together by a screw. The silver covering is painted on and can easily be scraped while traveling in the pocket. A typical flash drive experiences a wash cycle during the lifetime, the design on this unit makes that impossible.| elapsed time: | 42.6ms |
