The only game in town, but a good one
The VXA series of tape drives is one of the few cost-effective options for backing up systems with very large disk drives. It's not perfect, but it does the trick, particularly when using a system such as Dantz Retrospect which supports incremental backups to tape for both PC and Mac. Incremental backups allow one to go back in time, a la Mac OS X's Time Machine service, but without the space limitations intrinsic to Time Machine.
