Can't believe Applecare didn't cover this.. oh well. Amazon to the rescue! First off, I can't believe Applecare didn't provide a replacement... I mean, I shelled out extra for it and thought it would be covered. Boo to you Apple!

Anyway, I bought this and it arrived < weeks time. Came new-in-box, which was packed and cushioned. At first, I doubted it because it was in just a plastic bag [once you removed the foaming]. However, it turned out to be a genuine Apple product.

I plugged it in and checked the statistics on it to make sure it was BRAND new and... –amrufrom Amazon.com
