Good price and just what I needed
Ordered as a replacment for my son's laptop. The item is OEM made/quality and worked right out fo the box and has done so for some time. The price was right and the items shipped right away. I have no complaints and would order from the same retailer again.

Arrived broken and no reply from them yet.
I ordered the power supply and I plugged it in and nothing. I tapped the transformer and got intermittent power. Now it doesn't work at all. I sent an email back the thebatterycenter and got an auto reply that they want 100% satisfaction. Well, not quite 10% satisfied yet.
