Good bag, deceptive colors
Just got this bag and am enjoying it. The small pockets are a bit shallow for anything substantial. But there are plenty of other pockets to compensate. Haven't yet had any strap issues, though many others have noted it. My main beef was that the bag in the "cream" color was not cream at all but rather khaki as in the color of bland office pants. That was disappointing. I sent it back and ordered my second choice, the brown. Again, this color didn't quite match the hue in online images --...

Great Bag!
I bought this bag for my husband for his Dell laptop. It is great! It holds the computer and so much more. There are plenty of compartments for his work items. I also like that the inside is a different color so that it is easier to find things. Also, it is so much cheaper here than at the Dell store!

Looks cool, but not made well
The biggest issue I have with this bag is the strap. It CONSTANTLY kinks and twists. Especially where it's connected to the bag. The metal holder twists and gets all kinked. I've had this bag for 1 month now and I hate it.
