Bad design, no instructions
What could be simpler than securing your laptop with a cable lock? I bought this product about a year ago and am still trying to figure out how to get it to work. I am able to 'lock' and 'unlock' the unit easily by itself, but it just will not lock when I insert it into the slot on my laptop. The pin looks non-standard when compared to some of the cable locks I have seen before, and does not turn when inside the slot. I would strongly recommend some other make/model, perhaps even one with a comb...

Works like it should
Not much to say other than it works like it should. The only thing that I should mention is that it was very vague in the beginning on whether it works with the new Apple MacBook Pro 17". Well, I'm happy to say that it does.

A Lock for Your Laptop
Having a lock for your laptop is essential nowadays since a lot of thiefs will just take it, hide it, and run with it. Verbal reprimand does not work no more unless if they see it secured. It comes with 2 keys that you can hide again!
