I have a Dell Dimension 4100 that I bought 6 months before Dell began installing frontside usb ports. The installation was very easy, provided that you are comfortable inside of a computer. The unit fits into a 3.5 inch drive bay and the holes are pre- drilled to secure the hub into place.
