Two out of three failed
I bought three of these units in 2006, all for different clients who needed IPSEC VPN. Since Dec 2008, two of them have failed with the well-known Flashing Diag Light of Death problem. The two dead ones were at the latest firmware version -- from what I've read on Google, the firmware upgrade has been implicated in the failures.

VPN Router
The Router was easy to install. I was able to set up the VPN PPTP connection pretty easy. I am still trying to set up the VPN tunnels with little success. I found that the VPN connection may not work if you have a Linksys WRT54G at the outgoing side of the VPN. I had to change out this router to get the VPN's to connect. There not as easy to set up as they say.
