Great for the price!
This is an very good product considering the price. I had a sharper image model that I lost in a plane. I replaced them with this model, Im very happy with them. If you can afford the $300.00 ones then go for it. But for less than $40.00 this is a good choice....

These Are Great!
I do transcription from home and these work great to reduce interference from background noise and amplify the sound. I only need to use the noise canceling feature if something is particularly loud like my husband watching TV in the same room on high volume. Noise canceling does add a bit of a buzzing sound but it is surprisingly effective at drowning out the background noise and well worth my being able to hear clearly and work in any environment! Excellent Headphones For The Price
I use these when mowing a field. They cancel all the noise from a big tractor and a six foot mower. I can't hear anything but my music, and the price tag is unbeatable! Would've givin 5 stars, but sound could be just a little sharper, for my taste. Still you can't beat theses headphones. Great value.
