Heaedset
This product works well, but the charger is problematic. An LED tells you when the headset is charging and when it is done but the connection is often faulty. Other than that I would rate this an excellent purchase....

Absolutely AWFUL Outbound Sound Quality
I was very excited to receive these headphones and was encouraged by the positive reviews. Maybe I got a bum pair... they are terrible! The headset sound quality coming in is great. It's the outbound - when I speak through the microphone - that is completely, totally, 100% unacceptable. I'm a coach and need a reliable headset for calls. I called my husband on it, without telling him that I was using a new unit, and he declared it terrible and said "never use that for business, it's way too annoy...

Excellent Audio Quality / Flimsy microphone boom
I bought this headset for 'telephone' calls made with Magic Jack and Skype. It was easy to setup (no software to install), but it did require a reboot to get it working properly. The audio quality is excellent and the wireless range is reliable to 30+ ft even through walls. However, this is the second Logitech 981-000068 ClearChat Wireless USB Headset I've bought in a month.
