Not so great!
While the looks are sleek, the hard drive is not good for ease of use. You have to download software from their site which apparently by their own admission conflicts a lot. After 2 hours with online tech support to get the bugs out I still did not like the backup operations involved. I returned the product and got a Seagate with software already on the drive which makes all the syncing to the desktop much easier....

Practical and aesthetic
Aesthetically, it is sleek and ergonomic, though it does resemble a hip flask. Practically, it is hand-sized, lightweight, and reliable. I chose the 500 gb drive over a terabyte drive because it does not require an external power supply, but be prepared that it does need to connect through two USB ports at once.

Iomega 320 eGo Drive works great
Received the Ruby Red Iomega 320 eGo Portable hard-drive from Amazon in very short order (typical for Amazon) and found: 1) the drive was packaged well (to decrease likelihood of shipping damage); 2) the drive was easy to install/format; and 3) transfer times are certainly sufficient for my purposes, and I almost immediately transferred nearly 100 Gigabytes (Gigs not Megs) of data without any delays or problems (I have used the stored data extensively and have not detected any recording errors)...
