Burned up my front USB ports
I have had three of these Smartdisk drives, a USB160 and two FW/USB320's. The first two failed almost immediately. I sent them back to Verbatim on an RMA. Months later they sent me a replacement 320, which failed immediately and burned out my front USB ports, and also two thumb drives before I realized what was happening. I sent that one back too. I have a letter to Verbatim demanding my money back now. We'll see what happens. I am afraid to plug these drives in to any of my computers. I...
