Great product Bought this item to transfer my iTunes to an external hard drive as it was taking up almost all my internal on my Laptop. Worked right out of the box with no problems. Comes with everything you need, You don't need the power plug as the firewire will power this unit but it comes with one anyway incase you need it. It also comes with the firewire 400 and 800.
