It is good to use floppy disks again. While it isn't listed on the box, this is compatible with Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit edition. The two foot attached USB cable is adequate for my needs. This is truly a plug and play device and it lines itself up in the A-drive within seconds. You can't beat the price on this little workhorse, either.

Works great--and I have Vista
This external floppy drive works great. When I ordered it I wasn't sure it would because it didn't say it was compatible with Vista. But, I took it out of the box, plugged it in, no problems. It doesn't take up much space so you could leave it plugged in all the time. Also, its small size makes it easy to put away after each use if that's what you prefer.
