I bought two of these Seagate SATA 1TB internal hard drives a couple of months ago, still wondering if they would deliver the performance I expected. I am so happy I did! Beware of the bundled Acronis/Seagate DiscWizard application
Generally I am very happy with the drive, so much so that this is the second one that I have purchased. I do have a gripe, and it is a serious one. It doesn't concern the drive but rather the Acronis/Seagate DiscWizard software that comes bundled with the drive. One of the functions of this application is to create an image backup of the drive in the event your data becomes corrupted.
