Excellent product
This reader has dramatically improved the speed of my photo transfers, compared to direct from the camera.
Good but large
As one reviewer pointed out this device does exactly what it says it will do. You stick in your CF card, attach it to a USB port, and transfer your files from the CF card to a computer. File transfer seemed moderately fast, but this is as much a function of the card used as the card reader. The device seems sturdy and well built and it even comes with a short USB extension cable. Simple & Excellent
Just received this and gave it a test: transferred 300 mb's of jpg's in about 30 seconds. It compact and self contained. Seems like a perfect solution if you need to transfer to and from large CF cards.
