Customer Service Stinks
I talked to their CS 3 times explaining the problems with the keyboard/mouse and all 3 times they said no problem send it in. About a week later, I get a phone call saying they found problems (keyboard was dirty and mouse didn't work) and they cannot exchange. So, why waste my time and money? This company is not a BBB member so best to take your money and buy from someone else.

Pleasantly surprised!!
PROS: I bought this keyboard for two reasons - the small size and the plug 'n play ability. I was unaware that the key reaction was going to be as good as it is. I work with laptops on a daily basis and have grown to love the way the keys feel. The width is perfect for my home desk and it is very light.

every time you turn on the computer keep your fingers crossed, sometimes it is connected and sometimes it is not... basically you have to unplug the adaptor and just keep plugging it back in till you can use it...
