Nice in theory, doesn't work in practice.
The Apple Mighty Mouse is the result of some ingenious development and engineering, however it falls short of being good.
I love the single base click with finger detection concept, however it degrades over time, and you have to train yourself to completely remove your index finger from the mouse to right click. This gets old. Or you can take the batteries out, put them back in and it works again for a while.
The squeeze to bring up the dashboard idea is great, and this actually ...

Trackball flaky, right click flaky
I have problems with both the trackball and right click being flaky. The ball doesn't always scroll, especially scrolling down is a problem, and the right click is so inconsistent, that I control click now. I stopped using this mouse for a year, but then my wired mouse started acting up, so I started using it again. If only the trackball and right clicking worked, this mouse would be perfect, but unfortunately, this is a product that apple didn't get right.

mighty fine
Performs very well, is a beautiful design- there is not much more to say that that. I did have to replace the first one as it lost connectivity, but the second one has performed with out a problem for a long time.
One problem- the notes you read in the reviews are true- it will get interference from cordless phones operating on 2.4 ghz - so if you own a cordless home phone- you will have to either keep it completely away from this and other Apple wireless devices - or get a cordless...
