13 May 2009 Easy to use, no software install required, metal, reliable, desirable! We use this "clicker" for administrators who are not tech savvy, or visitors who will be presenting who may not have time to get familiarized with the "clicker" before walking up to give the presentation. This unit requires no software to be installed and is drop dead simple. It also has a laser pointer. The batteries last a long time and the unit is metal with rubber on the bottom and feels and fits in the hand very well. 31 Oct 2008 Simple and reliable I just used this for a presentation the other day after not using it for a long time. The original batteries still worked! After sitting for years!
Pros: Simple user controls, easy set-up, RF communication which often is better than line-of-sight IR, laser pointer, fairly compact and easy to store, screen blank- un-blank button. Generally less expensive than devices with more features.
