good ram, but not the fastest
Good ram at a good price. I have no problems running several virtual machines under vmware workstation in vista x64. It is a bit slower than the 4GB i took out of the machine though, at least according to the vista experience index. The ability to run a bunch of simultaneous VMs easily makes up for any loss of performance, if there is any.
Outstanding
These aren't the fastest but they are flawless. I tried 8GB reapers (4 x 2GB reapers) but couldn't get them up to 8GB even though some people claim to have done it. You can time them faster but you may not get a lot. Also, the motherboard is also key.
