Creased paper I've owned Brother printers in the past. I bought this as an upgrade. Unfortunately it creases paper randomly and regularly. I can't use it for anything but personal printing (where I can overlook the creases) unless I print multiple pages and use the ones that aren't creased. Wastes a lot of ink and paper. Poor envelope feed The printer works as well as one might expect for a desktop printer; fairly fast; copies are crisp-looking and clean. My mediocre rating is for its poor envelope-handling ability.

Envelopes come out heavily creased. The support document tells several things you can do to fix this. One (a software change) doesn't help at all. The other (a hardware adjustment -- flipping two levers located along the paper's path) does help the creasing, but the manual says quite clearly that you must fl... –D Darkmanfrom Amazon.com
