18 Jul 2008 Jams constantly I have had this printer now for going on a year. I have had it in for repair once. Print quality is good and the duplexing works fine. The big negative is it jams constantly. At least once every ten pages and often times more often. I have experimented with different weight papers to no avail. 06 Jul 2008 A real money-saver. I bought this printer two years ago because I was tired of buying ink cartridges for my inkjet every 2-3 months. I had a laser printer at work and the toner cartridge lasted about a year. I bought an extra toner cartridge with this printer. However, after two years, I still haven't replaced the original toner cartridge! My daughter does a lot of printing of papers for school, pictures for projects, maps for directions and so forth. 09 Jun 2008 Short-time pretty good We have been very pleased with this printer. A good product at a reasonable price. However it stopped working after less than a year of daily use. It was cheaper to buy a new one than to get it repaired.
