Not Good
Purchased two of these from J&R Music and Computer World via Amazon. Opened one - didn't work. Two emails requesting return authorization remain unanswered. Very poor service from J&R Music and Computer World...

Best Bang for the Buck
If you have a compatible printer such as the P2055 then this cartrige from HP is the most cost effective compared to the 05A. For business users I would think this cartridge is a no brainer. I've not used it enough to say whether there are any issues or limitations of using this cartridge.
