To suggest that this printer is of low and poor quality does nothing but to insult other printers that can be described as such. Calling this an "All-in-One" brings only questions to my mind as to what the "All" is, as this printer has actually never done anything for me. In fact, my current photo-"smart" (a laughable title) is a factory replacement for a printer that had to be sent back. That printer didn't work and, sadly, neither does its replacement. Very disappointing
I have been a loyal HP printer user for a long time, but this printer is junk. Frequent problems with paper feeding into printer when paper is loaded correctly it will often say it is out of paper.
NOT going for 3 strikes!
I was looking for an all-in-one and stumbled upon this model at Costco for an excellent price. I figured with Costco's 100% satisfaction guarantee I'd give this one a try. The unit is fairly large so it took up a good chunk of corner space on my desk. The software loaded up effortlessly (35 minutes on Win Vista). Printer preparation took 10 minutes.
