Don't expect a photo printer
I upgraded my home network to wireless-n and my Linksys print server would not handle the encryption of the new network so I needed a solution to wireless printing. I have been a Canon guy forever but I bought this all-in-one because it was a wireless-n printer (all-in-one was a bonus) and the price was right, $99 ($150+now) through B&H Photo back in January. Terrible software problems, took hours and hours with Vista
I have spent hours on the phone with their tech support, three reinstalls, reboots in safe mode, and multiple diagnosis only to have them tell me that their printer driver won't work with Vista! It can't handle the software updates. At first they told me it is a problem with the operating system, and then had to acknowledge that it is a problem with their software.
Back to the store
I purchased this printer a couple months back and it is heading back to store to be exchanged for something else.
