Lots of promise but poor delivery
Based on all the very favorable reviews I purchased this printer on Dec. 22. I installed the printer on Jan. 15.
First Samsung, I am actually impressed
I was a bit leary about buying a printer from Samsung. But this printer has been great. It was incredibly easy to connect to my wireless network. The scanning and copying are more than adequate for home office use and the print quality is great for the cost.

Good Idea needs improvements
I loved the idea of the size and features of this printer. It has several problems though. The top sheet feeder doesn't work all the time. It is frustrating to put several sheets in it then have to go back and re-feed. Especially bad when trying to fax. The instructions are terrible. It took me forever to find how to use the scanner from the software on the computer. Also I cannot figure out how to set the fax/answer feature. My answering machine is set to answer on 4 rings.
