DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!
Decided I needed a multi-function color, printer, fax, copier, and foolishly bought this thing. What a mistake! Takes forever to warm-up and print that first page. Color printing is below mediocre. Also, the fax constantly interrupts my phone calls, or won't let me make a phone call because it keeps interrupting with a fax signal. Samsung's customer service (a joke) tells me that all their printers are equipped with analog technology rather than digital, which most phone companies use, ther...

Samsung Lost a Customer
I loved this printer. I had it for two months when a storm came through and took it out. The same storm also took out my phone, satellite receiver, internet router, and internet antenna.
Samsung informed me that they don't cover "acts of nature." The jerkwad on the other end actually tried to compare it to a car (which - if a bolt of lightning took out the main computer - would be covered under warranty). So while I loved the printer, their complete lack of coverage on stuff like this gua...

Works Great with Macs
I got this unit because of the bang for the buck, and was impressed at how open they were in supporting Macs and Linux. I am thrilled at how great it works, especially with Macs. I have an all-Mac network and connected this unit through ethernet to share the printer. You have to go to the Samsung site to download the software separately, but once you do, it's smooth sailing.
My Leopard and Tiger machines immediately found and configured the printer via Bonjour, but I also used IPP on a...
