4 Year Owner
This printer came with my Gateway four years ago. I always thought it was a lousy printer, but heck, it did its job. My photos never came out very well- they were always hazy and in a 4x6 photo, I couldn't really make out faces. I tried changing to different photo paper, but that just wasn't the problem. Another problem is that the ink is insanely expensive. [...] The ink runs out fast. I didn't do much printing (an English paper here and there), but I'd replace the cartridges at least once ever...

Ok little printer, Can be used to print invitations
I used thiscards using a kit. It was easy to get the printer tp print on half sheets of paper. Simple printer- simple to use. However, it's not suited for job like this that use a lot of color. I used color just for the text, printed about 200 things and then had to get another cartridge (which is like $25). Not for business printing, you will spend way too much on ink.

very disappointing and expensive ink cartridges
I have owned this printer for about 18 months; in that time I have spent more on ink than I would have spent buying a more efficient printer. It has very poor color quality, runs through ink quickly and ink cartridges are expensive. It does print text quickly and quietly and is easy to install. I would not buy this product, and I am going to replace it as soon as I can afford a better printer. Don't let yourself be misled by the low price--you'll pay more in the long run.
