18 Mar 2009 What a hassle ... who designed this paper feed!? Yes the prints are very good and it is fast... but that's it. This printer will continually jams (read other reviews) and it refuses to print envelopes. Then when it jams the paper you have to go to the back of the machine and open it, pry out the jammed paper and then put the cheaply design door back on. What a hassle. The paper feed tray pulls out forward of the machine which means you can not place this on a work desk without clearing what you have in front of the printer every time you ... –Allan M. 21 Jan 2009 Doesn't do glossy paper, HP cust svc. stinks This printer was purchased about 5 months ago to replace an old Lexmark printer that finally gave in to old age.
The D7260 makes beautiful prints and the 4x6 photo paper tray is a handy feature but the printer won't pick up 8.5x11 glossy brochure paper. As someone else mentioned, HP customer service reps are pleasant enough to talk to but after over an hour on the phone, the rep still thought he could fix the printer with a software review from his cubicle in India. 24 Dec 2008 What a great little photoprinter! I waited a while for the price to come down on these and when it finally did, I jumped. My brother already owned one and he has done a ton of research before buying so I felt sure of my purchase. And what a great printer.
I have only had it for a short while, but the color is fantasitc and it is so easy to use. I have used the computer application as well as slipping in a disc to print and both work great. As an artist, I need to have the images clear and clean and this printer does the trick... –L. R.from Amazon.com
