Drops in and out at the drop of a dime, is no faster than 1TB WD My book, died after only one month of light use on an office desk in a well controlled area. Total junk, over priced, cheap, fails in a month, and taking the rebate voids return warrenty. Avoid this drive and this company (OCZ)....

Amazing performance...
I bought this for my late 2008 MacBook 13" since it was about half the price of the Apple upgrade and it has performed beyond expectation. I thought It would be a similar performer compared to the included standard 160GB drive considering the pausing reported by others. Instead it completely transformed the performance of my 2.0GHz MacBook. It also seems OSX may not suffer the pauses reported with Vista and XP, at least I didn't notice any.

Bought the drive for my brand new Apple 13 inch macbook. Could not work better!! At first there was a hibernation/standby issue when it was coming back online, the macbook would hang and I would have to restart it, but the problem was actually the laptop needing a firmware update. Since the Macbook firmware update, the computer and hd rock. The speed difference is phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
