DON'T EVEN TRY CUSTOMER SERVICE..THERE IS NONE EXCEPT THOSE IN INDIA READING FROM THE POLITE MENU, BUT ARE NO HELP AT ALL. AND I CANNOT USE THIS AT ALL WITH A FAIRLY NEW HP PHOTOSMART PRINTER?
