Boring for an adult
I find this game to be really boring so far. Reading the other reviews, it sounds like I need to put in a few more hours of game play before it gets more interesting, but I'm not sure that I'm willing to invest the time in it. The characters and dialog seem really childish, and it just doesn't appeal to me at all.
Sons loves it
My 8 1/2 year old son is having a great time with this game. He is learning about responsibility and having fun at it too. He shows me all the houses he has and what he has bought to put in them. I want to take some time to make my own person and try the game out it looks so fun.

Not the best Sims, but not the worst either!
If you are true Sims lover and have ever played on PS2 or PC, this game is probably not for you. But if you have a kid that wants to play your Sims games on PS2 or PC and you don't want them to because of the sexual content, etc etc, BUY THEM THIS GAME! I bought this for my 8 yr old who always wants to play my games on PS2 and PC but I am uncomfortable with some of the content. The solution? I got her a DS Lite and some games like this one.
