Powerful and heavy
Our office UPS went out after 8 years of loyal service and so I started researching a replacement. What attracted me to this particular unit were its capacity, price for the capacity, warranty, and other reviews. I did some research using Google and found most users had very good experiences with this unit. Ultra 2000 Battery failure
This product came with dead batteries. The batteries were to dead to even switch on the backup, thus making the batteries unusable. Other than that it looks like a good product.
Unit was dead on arrival
The unit was dead on arrival. I am returning it and buying an APC unit.
