The 2008 City Navigator was taken off the market in March of 2008 and distributors were instructed to not send them out. I purchased this in July 2008 (from Amazon :() and it will not load onto my Garmin. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that they would send out inferior merchandise and not replace it. Rest assured this was my last order from them.

Garmin GPS upgrade ..... lost destinations
I didn't realize that installing this would erase all the pre-programmed addresses I had in my GPS ..... I had to re-enter all my locations.

needs much better instructions
Granted I might not be the most computer literate person there is, but no where in the instructions does it tell you that you must delete all other languages in the gps in order to have enough memory for the download. It took Garmin 3-4 days to send me an email on what to do. Once I deleted everything that could be deleted the download went through. Better and more info needed for this type of upgrade.
