Warranty support a joke
The install is pretty straight forward. The hardest part of the install is fishing cat5 wires through walls. However, one of the keypads went bad and attempted to get it services through Russound. They have basically ignored my emails and forget about calling them. They don't answer or return phone calls. All in all, i am pretty frustrated that they don't stand behind their products. They are mass produced in China and i would question quality. My only option is go to my credit card compan...
