Don't believe wht you hear these things are great.
I've had mine for over a year and never had a problem. Sound quality is fine and it plays MP3 s which means you can put 150 songs on a CD rather than just 15 you can also hook your Ipod to it. Also great for old radio enthusiasts you can put 50 shows one CD and listen all day long. You can hang it on the wall or use it as a stand alone and the best part is it's under a hundred bucks.
Don't bother
It looks nice... that's about it. Don't be fooled by the Bass Boost button and equalizer -- all they do is make your cds sound like AM radio instead of worse than AM radio. A true waste of money unless all you want to do is look at it.
