best bang for the buck man these are the best needles u can use i have 2 and i have 2 replacements and the curent ones im using are like a year old now and still kickin out hard bass and they still handle scratching i have abused the hell out of these things and they are still kickin.

This is a winning classic Shure has offered this cartridge and stylus combo almost since the inception of stereo records in 1958. The exceptional performance includes, but is not limited to, exceptionally resonant bass and flat highs with no mid-range accent like some other cartridges introduce.

Good Stylus and Cartridge If you've been using Stanton 500's or anything similar ($20-$30), you'll think this was perfection. But if you're an audiophile used to Grados, this'll be... well now to be honest it isn't bad but it's far from the ideal sound. I picked this one up because it's got a good sound, good anti-skip, won't burn out my records and while I'm not a fan of abusing my vinyls (scratching, etc.), this one was designed to handle it so you've got that option to if you want.
