This DVD "Cleaner" does not work. It will not play, it just hangs, and it can damage your unit. There is no phone number to call. It is outrageous that this company thinks it can get away with this. I will never again buy any product affiliated with Maxell in any way....

Doesn't work on my DVD players
None of my three DVD players (Sony, Magnavox, Proscan) will read the lens-cleaner disk. When I try to play it, I get either a "can't read" message (Sony) or a strange sound as if the player is trying, but unsuccessfully, to play the disk. I tried to run a replacement disk. Same result. A DVD player at Wal-Mart, where I had purchased the disk, played the disk without difficulty. Three different employees professed mystification at the inability of my DVD players to read the disk. It Didn't Work In My DVD Players Either
I had an older version of this product which worked in our DVD players, but this one doesn't work. The players can't read the disc. I also noted that the amount of bristles on this disc are fewer than the amount of bristles on their older version.
