No Customer Service
I sent n email with the following question to customer service:
7" Portable DVD Player
Dual hi-fi stereo headphone jacks and stereo speakers, A/V Inputs for external DVD player, video games or digital camera (Manufacturer Recertified).
Ours didn't work
I ordered this for my grandparents for christmas and it didn't work. They said it played the DVD for about 3 seconds and then it wouldn't work anymore. I returned it to Target for a refund without any hassle.
